Jouw taken
As Lead Product Manager, you set the vision and direction for a core platform or domain. You lead 2 to 3 Product Managers, support their growth and contribute to the ongoing development of the product organisation. Your responsibility spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery and optimisation.
You work closely with UX and Engineering and maintain regular contact with end users across different European markets. You collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence strategic roadmap decisions. Building and reinforcing a strong product culture focused on customer value and data-informed decision making is a key part of the role.
There is a clear growth path towards a broader leadership position, with ownership of a full roadmap for a specific user segment.

Dit heb je nodig
• Academic level of thinking and working
• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, including people leadership
• Strong experience with product discovery, agile ways of working and customer development
• Proven ability to define product vision, strategy and OKRs
• Strong communicator with an analytical mindset
• Experience with scalable, user-facing digital platforms is a plus
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus
• Personal style: strategic, coaching, empathetic and decisive
