As a Delivery Manager in Utrecht, you ensure predictable and efficient delivery across multiple teams and streams such as platform, CMS, and content tracks. You orchestrate planning and resolve impediments, helping squads achieve their goals with high quality and maximum impact. You monitor content-readiness across departments and maintain a clear overview of the progress towards Solution Ready.

You proactively provide insight into delivery goals and commitments to stakeholders. Dependencies between teams and squads are identified and managed by you. You signal impediments early and resolve or escalate them where necessary. A central feature-content-readiness tracker is maintained and coordinated by you. You monitor flow metrics like lead time and throughput to drive continuous improvement.

Dit heb je nodig
At least 2 years of experience within an engineering organization of an Agile product company. You are a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with a deep understanding of GTM methodologies. Knowledge of how large-scale software systems are designed, built, and deployed. You are a natural connector who thrives in complex environments. Fluency in English and professional Dutch skills are preferred.
